Instant Basic Routines for the violin. This book is an excellent technique companion for students of the Suzuki violin method of levels ranging from the end of Vol.1 to the beginning of Vol. 4.

It contains routines which, as the title says, can be done in 10 minutes or less. Most of the routines are tailored to provide a comprehensive warm-up in the key of the piece the student is learning.
